Payment types we accept online All orders must be paid in advance. We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for online purchases. Applied Industry Standards Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. The result is accelerated production times, vibrant images, stellar graphics, and a rapid shipping process. The printing industry as a whole has practices, often characterized as industry standards, that are accepted and applied. You agree that Up North Printing, Inc. may also apply said industry practices and standards. These practices may include, but are not limited to the following: Due to the specialty, customization, and uniqueness of certain orders and the process involved, turnaround times are not guaranteed, and are therefore estimates. You are not entitled to a refund for said delay. Therefore, Rush Orders should be phoned or emailed to our service department in an effort to meet urgent deadlines. In an effort to ensure orders are filled expeditiously, Up North Printing, Inc. may subcontract and/or assign the order/job to a subcontractor. These subcontractors are regularly reviewed and must meet the high standards of service and production required by Up North Printing, Inc. Also, at times color variations occur during the printing process, so it should be noted that accurate color reproductions are not guaranteed. Although all jobs are printed at the size that is ordered, certain size variations may take place due to cutting practices used to avoid excess from the neighboring job (up to 1/8”), borders are not recommended. Often times we will print an overage, but industry practices, allow underages up to 10%. These quantity variations occur regularly throughout our industry and are sometimes used by Up North Printing, Inc., but our aim is to provide the quantity requested. To better serve your needs, if you have an order requiring an exact amount, email or telephone our service department at the time of the order. Finally, we are not responsible for copy or design errors committed on your part. This includes, but is not limited to misspelled words, incorrect dates, or any other errors or abnormalities submitted by or approved by customer. With these industry practices being applied, refunds will not be granted nor will reprints be performed based upon color variations, cutting size variations, quantity variations or copy/design errors. Order Cancellations Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button). Orders, once placed, can not be cancelled, nor can you refuse to accept delivery or refuse payment for items or services provided herein.
