Self-inking stamps have the ink pad built into the mechanism so they are convenient, quick, and mess-free. When the ink runs low, just replace the internal ink pad or add a few drops of refill ink. Easy as that.
Pre-inked stamps are perfect for high-volume use and delivery superior image quality. The ink is contained within the stamp material. No separate ink pad is needed.
